Connect Integrations

Link the tools you already use — your ATS, calendar, and email — so Elly can pull in jobs, schedule meetings, and send outreach on your behalf.

Opening integrations#

Go to Settings → Integrations (or click Integrations from the main navigation).

Go to Integrations.

You'll see a list of available integrations, grouped by type, with a Connect button next to each.

Categories#

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)#

Connect your ATS to automatically sync jobs, candidates, and applications into Elly.

Supported systems include Greenhouse, Lever, and others. Once connected, Elly imports your open roles and keeps candidate status in sync as you move them through the pipeline.

  • Free plan: no ATS connections
  • Starter / Growth: 1 ATS connection
  • Enterprise: unlimited

Each ATS connection costs 1 credit to set up. Read more in the ATS section.

Calendar#

Connect your calendar (Google Calendar is the primary supported provider) so Elly can:

  • Show your availability when scheduling candidate meetings
  • Create calendar events when interviews are booked
  • Attach the Elly notetaker to meetings you host

Email and messaging#

Connect your work email (Google Workspace or Microsoft) so Elly can:

  • Send outreach on your behalf (used by Sourcing campaigns — see the Sourcing section)
  • Track replies automatically and remove candidates from active campaigns when they respond
  • Keep a thread-level audit of candidate communications

How to connect#

  1. On the Integrations page, find the tool you want and click Connect.
  2. You'll be redirected to the provider's sign-in and consent screen.
  3. Review the permissions Elly is requesting. Elly only asks for what it needs to perform the features above.
  4. Click Allow (or the equivalent) to complete the connection.
  5. You'll land back on the Integrations page with the connection marked as active.

Managing connections#

From the Integrations page, click an active connection to:

  • See what it's synced (for ATS: last sync time, number of jobs imported)
  • Disconnect — revokes Elly's access. Historical data stays in Elly; future sync stops.
  • Reconnect — if the provider's token has expired (you'll usually get a banner prompting this).

Who can manage integrations#

Owners and Admins can connect and disconnect integrations. Members cannot modify them but can use features powered by existing connections (sending email through a connected account, etc.).

What's next#
