Candidate comments and activity timeline#

• Leave internal comments on candidate profiles, with private visibility, inline editing, and delete. See Comments and Activity.

Automated pipeline stage emails#

• Stages can automatically email candidates on entry — AI stages come with default copy, human stages let you write your own with template variables.

User documentation launched#

• A public docs site is live at /help, covering Getting Started, ATS, Notetaker, Sourcing, Interviewer, Security, and a shared Glossary.
• Pages include a right-rail table of contents, heading anchors, and "last updated" timestamps so it's easier to find and share specific sections.
